Terms of ServiceBy purchasing my art, you agree to the following terms and of serviceClient•Clients have the exclusive right to use commissioned artwork for personal use such as icons, physical prints, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website display.•Commissioned artwork is not for resale, commercial use or distribution.•Clients may not claim commission as their own artwork.•Clients may not edit, modify or trace completed artwork.Artist•I reserve the right to refuse a commission.•I reserve copyright and ownership of the artwork including the right to redistribute, reproduce or post artwork on my websites, social media platforms and portfolios.•I reserve the right to reuse unused drafts or thumbnails for personal or professional use.ContentArt I would feel comfortable making would include:•OC's•Fanart•Light nudityArt I would not be comfortable making would include:•NSFW•Anthropomorphic characters•MechasI am open to discussion if you have any questions.Timeline and Process•Commissioned artwork may take between one week to three months depending on complexity and current backlog.•Client will agree to provide references, information and assets at the start of the process.•Specific deadlines will only be met if requested, and might incur additional fees.•Revisions may be discussed during the sketching/thumbnailing stage. Once the rendering process begins, edits will require additional charge due to increased timeline of the project.Communication•Communication can take place through email or twitter dm.•Clients may request an update at any time.•If there is a delay I will let the client know.Payment•All commissions will require an upfront payment though paypal in USD. Prices may vary depending on number of characters and level of detail.•Client may request a refund before the artwork is started. Once work has begun, it is not possible to issue a refund.Other•Commissioned artwork is not to be used for AI in any capacity.
